swine flu mild symptoms

I woke this morning with mild flu like symptoms..?
I awoke today with a sore throat and a runny nose and decided just to go about my business.. I was walking about in a bit of a sweat so decided to go home back to bed. Currently i feel ok apart from the nose and throat. I live in Cork Ireland.. which hasnt as yet seen the amount of flu cases reported in England. Is it likely I have caught the swine flu or is it just as likely it could be a regular strain? Also, Im due to go to Italy on sunday, should I be ok by then?
